Common questions
What counts as a "query" in Aibit?▼
Any message sent to or received from an LLM — whether in-house or peer. A back-and-forth conversation with 10 turns counts as 10 queries. File uploads and voice inputs also count as queries when they trigger an LLM response.
How does intelligent model routing affect cost?▼
Aibit automatically routes 90% of queries to in-house open source models (Gemma 2B, Llama 3 8B) which are included in your plan at no extra cost. Only 10% of queries — those requiring complex reasoning — are escalated to peer LLMs like Claude 3.5 or GPT-4o, which are billed at actual API cost. This produces an average 87% cost saving vs a peer-only setup.
Are Netbit message costs included in Aibit plans?▼
Netbit message delivery costs are billed separately per channel at pay-per-use rates. Your Aibit subscription covers the AI workspace. Netbit CPaaS is billed from your wallet at the rates shown above. You can top up your wallet anytime and set auto-recharge rules.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?▼
No contracts on Starter, Growth, or Business plans — cancel or downgrade anytime. Enterprise plans have optional multi-year agreements with discounted rates. Netbit has no minimum commitment on any plan.
How does wallet-based billing work for Netbit?▼
You pre-fund a wallet with any amount. Every message sent debits the exact cost from your balance. You can set up auto top-up to refill when your balance drops below a threshold — so you never go dry mid-campaign. Every message response includes the exact cost charged, the model or route used, and latency.
Who invoices me, and is GST charged?▼
All invoices are raised by Fonabit India Private Limited (CIN U62099HR2023PTC116552), our registered entity in Gurugram, Haryana. Customers with a place of supply in India are charged 18% GST under GSTIN 06AAFCF7056H1ZK and can claim input tax credit by adding their GSTIN in billing settings. Customers outside India are invoiced as an export of services with no Indian GST applied.
Does Fonabit charge a markup on carrier or Meta API costs?▼
No. Fonabit owns the carrier connections and infrastructure. The rates shown are direct infrastructure rates — we do not add a reseller margin. This is why Netbit rates are 30–40% lower than Twilio for equivalent services.
